Orientation 2: Low Budget Cosplay

Hi everyone, welcome to the second half of NUSCAS orientation! Low Budget Cosplay is an annual tradition, and is a joint-department event unlike Ori 1, so you'll get the opportunity to mingle with new members from other OGs as well! Here's how it works: pick a character from a pool we carefully curated, and see what you can make happen with some coloured paper and a lot of creativity.
